Myrewards Importan Terms & Conditiions

  1. Customer must accumulate of minimum of 1000to be eligible for redemption of reward points in the Myreward redemption. Please browse the catalo on websiteย https://vaardental.com/reward-product/ย for easy choice of redemption.
  2. customer accounts will be categorized for redemption on the basis of order history
  3. If the customer holds multiple account, redemption request can be made by pooing reward points from other account
  4. INR 299 processing fee (+GST) will be charged to customer towards fulfillment of the redemption request.
  5. Gift Vouchers (GV) may be applied only in select cities and or select stores, purely at the discretion of concerned outlet. Before placing a redemption request, customerโ€™s are requested to contact our officials
  6. VAARDENTAL reserves the right to offer /withdraw any special items set of customers selected at its discretion.
  7. The company also reserve the right to accept /decline a customer’s request at its discretion.
  8. VAARDENTAL also reserve the right to change / modify terms and conditions at any point in time without prior notice to customer.
  9. Company Myreward points computation shall be final, conclusive and binding on customers and is not liable to be disputed. Customer will be covered by all terms and conditions pertaining to reward point program mentioned.
  10. Customer cannot transfer any reward point to any other customer account
  11. The points are only redeemable only against products, vouchers or services as featured in the VAARDENTAL rewards under Myrewards redemption program.
  12. Fulfillment of redemption request against products/vouchers featured in VAARDENTAL Myreward catalog are subjected to availability of goods and supplier warranties/restrictions at the time of the redemption.
  13. VAARDENTAL reserve the right to substitute products/gift vouchers in case of non-availability of any item(s) on the current catalog without any prior notice to the customers.
  14. VAARDENTAL will send the redeemed items/vouchers at registered address of the customer as on the date of redemption. The customer shall solely responsible for ensuring correctness of address & contact number registered with the company. Company cannot be held responsible for no-receipt of redeemed items/vouchers on account of wrong /incomplete address and contact number maintained with the company
  15. VAARDENTAL will do an ” address specific” (and not “consignee specific”) dispatch of redeemed items/gift vouchers. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that concerned people at his home/office (as the case may be) are keptinformed. Company will not be responsible for not-receipt of redeemed items/vouchers as account of deliveries done by other person at the registered address other than customer.
  16. In case of damage of items during transit OR wrong it being sent OR difference in request & items received, please contact VAARDENTAL at official phone number mentioned in the site or mail at pds.sales@vaardental.com withinย  7 days of receipt of gift item/gift will not be able or liable to pick-up or replace the items, if query is raised beyond the 7-day period nor will it entertain any disputes from the customer after days of receipt of the item redeemed
  17. ย VAARDENTAL reserves the right to refuse acceptance of defective merchandise, if the merchandise / voucher is found to be tampered / damaged by the customer.
  1. VAARDENTAL give no warranty (whether expressly or implied) whatsoever with respect to the product/services acquired under the program or through other partner loyalty programs.
  2. Disputes if any arising out of the product or usage of the same need to be taken up with the manufacturer of the products
  3. VAARDENTAL offers the products in a best effort basis & the company cannot held liable for any dispute arising on product feature or performance.
  4. Colors and features of final products may vary depending on availability
  5. VAARDENTAL will not be responsible for products or vouchers stolen, damaged or lost in transit before delivery to the customer.
  6. The Customer shall not claim compensation or refund or any loss arising due to non-receipt / late delivery of items due to unavoidable circumstances
  7. Merchandise once redeemed cannot be exchanged for some other merchandise withing rewards catalog. Merchandise once ordered cannot be returned / exchanged unless the merchandise is delivered defective
  8. Kindedly allow 15-20 days for delivery of gift items/gift voucher (excluding E-vouchers)
  1. ย Nothing contained herein shall be construed as VAARDENTAL having waived any of its right under the Myreward customer agreement or prejudicing any right of VAARDENTAL there under.

  1. The reward catalog is deemed to be final * current & this supersedes any previous communication from VAARDENTAL on Myrewards.
  2. Please note that the personal information like name, address and email id and contact number etc., registered with with the company will be shared with our authorized service providers for the purpose of redemption fulfilment.
