With the fact being that I am stuck offshore in a city that has had pretty strict lockdown rules until recently, access of materials for this course has been a concern of mine. Fortunately, Amsterdam is a very creative city so there’s a lot of art shops around. I was able to book a shopping appointment at one of them and buy materials I needed for assignment 1 and 2.
I got lucky and discovered an amazing jewellery making store that happened to be open where I gathered a bunch of different materials. I bought materials so now I can start making prototypes of the rings and pendants eventually. I also am planning on looking for some inspiration for the design of my report. I made a pinterest board where I’ve started to gather some images I can go back to once its time to start making it.
